Not sure you need much in the way of actual stats beyond what's in the article (which is pretty clearly a marketing pitch, so you can get away with dropping everything by 10-20% at least - remember that wired is the magazine that takes Stavatti seriously). The PDF data sheet gives a base weight of 15kg, call it 35-40lb - plus the oxygen set if they're doing high-altitude jumps. Call it a +1 or +2 on Stealth vs radar, but only if you're penalising PCs for carrying radar-reflective equipment in the first place - below the resolution of most games. Move 60 as a baseline (200km/hour), must drop at least 1 yard for each 4 yards moved forwards, can get up to move 90 at high altitude, 120 in a vertical dive, stall speed 45... What other stats are you after? Surely not a full GURPS Vehicles writeup?
