In this specific instance: Displace Spell also takes too long, 5 seconds. Boost Str, Might or Freedom to help resist the spell. Earth to Air or Earth to Water (assuming they were stuck to Earth) to get their feet off the ground if they have a means to stay off the ground. Body of Air, Levitate, Flight, Walk on Air, etc to leave the area. Area is likely to be small enough that a mundane long jump could also get them out. Questionable if Ice Slick or Grease would cancel Glue since one makes a surface sticky and the other slick. -Bret_______________________________________________ GurpsNet-L mailing list <[email protected]> http://mail.sjgames.com/mailman/listinfo/gurpsnet-l
