If I balanced arm and body ST, the cost increase would result in me have to get rid of 20% of the battlesuits in the platoon. I think I can live with ST 35 arms and ST 88 body (although a less powerful drivetrain; 16 mph may be too high for a TL8 battlesuit in most cases).
