Hi All, I have a couple questions. I am starting the process of upgrading the firmware. My first question is, when I down load it and then have to find the drive of the sd card, is it the same drive as the booksense...drive e? When I plug in my booksense with or without the sd card in it since I have the XT I just see that it is drive e? Is this correct? I don't see an extra drive when the sd card is connected, is this normal?
Also, it says that after I disconnect the booksense I need to plug it into the AC adapter and do the actual upgrade. Now, do I just disconnect the SD card after the firmware is completely upgraded?
