Hi Karyn,
Personally, I have never experienced this alleged problem. So, I don't
think waiting more than a few days to resolve it is worthwhile(smile).

How long, then, are you prepared to wait for the 7.0 upgrade without
screaming that it's taking too long? Software development, which is what we
are talking about, is not an easy thing and can often take time. Problems
are not always easy to fixe either. Just ask someone who does it for a
living. My husband did it for a major telecom company for over 15 years and
much of what I know about software development I have learned from him.
Michael Lawler has said this issue will be looked at and he even has some
ideas, according to the message that I saw. Again, how long are you
prepared to wait for 7.0 if that were to be held up because of this issue?
I don't have a problem with this and have been able to deal with error
messages when they pop up. If I need to reboot the computer, I do so
because sometimes a computer is a computer. You don't know why something
happens, it just happens. I choose to deal with it and move on.
