It is not recurring appointments. It is when I go on leave, courses etc and set the calendar as, for example, Subject: vacation Start date: 05/02/09 Start time: 08:30 End time: 17:00 End date: 09/02/09 This will show correctly, with each day showing my absence, on the native calendar in Office. It only shows 05/02/09 on the WE view. Sorry about the incorrect terminology on my first mail. In fact, this is how I demonstrate it to get many appointments for the year. When I go and edit or delete a repeating appointment I'm asked if I want the original or the current one only. If I put on a recurring appointment of 5 days, from 08:30 to 17:00 for vacation then the native outlook calendar shows it correctly. The WE interface only shows the first day. Cheers.
