Hi Sandra, Outlook does have an easy-to-use object interface, you could script it yourself or pay someone to write a custom script for you. You do seem to need something very specific (if I understood it, you need to view multiple outlook calendars without having them open in outlook?).
I think Doug's right; if you've got to go into outlook, to open all these calendars, why not just set outlook to the list view, and you've got an interface that's very similar to the window eyes one? (by the "list" view, I mean "active appointments"; that way, it won't show you the days in the past, and you can get to "today" by pressing control-home to go to the top of the list). Just a couple of other ideas for you to consider.
