One consideration we forgot to mention is the weight.  The HP Pavilian was a
real arm breaker to carry <G>>  Other than that, the battery life was a
little less.  The other problem I had was finding a sholder bag to fit the
wider unit.

That's great, and thanks for mentioning them.

My other concern, is that the time I saw a full keyboard on a laptop, it had
a high res 17 or larger screen, and was very expensive, and used a great
deal of battery, because of the screen.  It was the size of the screen, I
think, which allowed them to fit a full keyboard into the case.  So, asking
for a full keyboard one has to be careful as to what else you may be getting
and paying for, or looking at what they had to cut to get it to fit.
