HP, in my opinion, has the best laptop keyboards. I know that their 17 inch models have the full keyboard, but I don't know about the 15 inch ones.

My other concern, is that the time I saw a full keyboard on a laptop, it
had a high res 17 or larger screen, and was very expensive, and used a
great deal of battery, because of the screen.  It was the size of the
screen, I think, which allowed them to fit a full keyboard into the
case.  So, asking for a full keyboard one has to be careful as to what
else you may be getting and paying for, or looking at what they had to
cut to get it to fit.
