Karyn, discourteous it certainly is, but it seems there's no telling these folks. I've deleted half a dozen or so of these auto-replies without opening them, and that's what those responsible seem contented for us to do, rather than do anything themselves.

They have also failed to unsubscribe from any lists they are on, usually from their work E-mail.
