I've noticed over the years that blind people, in general, tend to complain and beat a dead horse until the bones grind to dust. I'm not saying all blind people, just some of them. Yes, the out of office replies are a PITA, but I usually just delete the message and not let it bother me. Also, these programs are set up to send only one out of office reply per address. If it is more than one, the person didn't set it up correctly. -------------------- If you want a station that plays rock, tune in to Living On The Edge Radio. We play rock, and nothing but rock! Hi Karen and all. I am now one of the guilty I laugh/complain about. This list is funny because as annoying as six out of office messages are 40 or so responses complaining about out of office responses to people who literally have power to do nothing is well it's like people who won't vote complaining about the US government. If the messages would solve anything it would be great but they won't because most of the perpetrators have all ready made their position clear over the years they don't care what you think, so has the "government", GW-micro is the only one who can make a difference as to what happens on this list and for the most part it's laisez faire. Probably spelling that wrong so guess I should say "pardon my French" Good thing is we don't print these out so it's not hurting the environment. Hmmm, what a warm fuzzy feeling, maybe I'll run outside and hug a tree. I do have a kind of scratching my head wonder though why is this only a problem with blind lists, I don't see it happening on any of the other lists I belong to and some are quite busy. Either moderators in general have developed some kind of moderation technique or some blind people are just out of touch with internet etiquette. I definitely understand your frustration though so I'm more just commenting an cluttering the emails I guess which might even make me one of the rude blind folks if I weren't responding to a post which in consideration to the list generally is oops off topic except it relates to suggestions un-asked for, by the way for as to how GW-micro should conduct their party. Good thing it's non-alcoholic.
