Hi, When you hit enter on the zip file, make sure that thesubsequent file or folder is selected. With windows explorer, when you first enter on a folder the item you land on isn't selected. Either press the space bar to select it or use the down arrow to move away from it, then up arrow to come back to it to select it, then hit enter to open it up. Give it a try and let's see if you can open up the zip archive's contents.

If you are using a Victor Reader stream, use the humanware companion program, as it makes transfering talking books easier, unzips the archives and places the folders where they belong for you. I suppose the booksense may also have similar features for extracting talking books.
