Mike,

It's not that I'm failing to acknowledge it; I know how important it is to
you. I'm trying to say other things are important to other people, and it's
not realistic to demand that all work be done right away. How do you think
they would do it, with a stable of programmers paid for with the past two
years of free upgrades?

Obviously that last question was just rhetorical; I'm trying to point out
there are benefits to us, including two years of free upgrades. also, we're
getting some new issues and some problems taken care of right now, rather
than holding them to be released with version 8. so like everything,
there's good and bad news.

that's it, no other point; just try to see the good with the bad.

Chip (and other GWMicro apologists)

You entirely fail to acknowledge the point that some have been trying to
make. Personally, I can live with this inconvenience; but relegating it to
we8 as they have done simply indicates the priority that GWMicro regards
this particular issue to.

I never suggested that WE8 will not bring a fix to browse mode problems some
are reporting. I, however, share in their frustration to the relative
importance the company has given this item as compared to others.
And I can well understand why, to some, this is far more than a mere
inconvenience especially if they rely on their browsers in the course of
their daily work activities.
For me, I can deal with it until GWMicro (or someone else) provides a
solution; others don't feel that it is all that simple for them and they are
honestly expressing their view.
