Sunshine

I think you are being a bit unfair with Nimer. WE is a product for which
many of us have paid big bucks for and, hence, may have expectations that
may, at times, appear a bit over the top.
>From a customer standpoint, I view GWMicro like any other business -- I am
pleased with some things they do and less satisfied with others.
That's normal and the way it ought to be. And GWMicro, I am certain,
takes all this in stride as any other business.
It is only natural to talk about that with which we are having problems
with rather than saying all is well.
I am certain that GWMicro staff and ownership do not take any of this
personally nor do most of us mean it to be personal.
By expressing our frustrations, whether they are warranted or not, we are
giving the company feedback to what matters to each of us.
A business does n't worry about this as it expects this as a part of
business as it tells them individual customer priorities.
A company ought to worry only when folks stop pointing out shortcomings as
it then telling the business that the folks out there no longer care.
So criticism, when viewed from that perspective, is a positive act as I
would hardly criticize something that didn't matter to me.

To forgive is the highest, most beautiful form of love.
In return, you will receive untold peace and happiness.
