I'm also still experiencing this issue. For me, it happens if I have
to for some reason reload window-eyes if it crashes, or just stops
speaking for whatever reason. I've done everything that others on the
list have suggested, restarting window-eyes twice, even 3 times restart
it, shut it down, restart it shut it down again...nothing seems to solve
the problem. This is most definitely a bug that I think needs to be
addressed.
