I'm sorry, but after re-reading your post, I don't understand what "WordWeb" is? I thought it said "Word" at first, and so thought you meant the Office program.
The first part of the answer is still correct, if it came with WE, then it will be in the "factory settings" menu item dialog. If you got this else-where though, you'll have to reinstall it as you did originally.
