In peter's defense, I totally understand what he is saying in light of my conversation that has since, and rightfully so, gone off list. He means that GW micro should be paying attention to making software accessible that allows us to get a decent job, and not focusing all of their efforts on the consumer market. In other words, software that allows the admins to administer (the backend admin panel for Sharepoint 2010, for example), the business decision makers to make their decisions (Microsoft BizTalk Server, for instance), and the data enterers to keep the data flowing (Full support for Access 2010 and future would be real nice for that). That's what he means' not to deny the importance of the average user. I'm not trying to do that at all. The importance is that both camps (average consumer and the more high-tech user/administrator) should have a right to equal access and one shouldn't edge out the other as seems to be happening now.

And your claim that blindness is a cause of intellectual deficiencies is nothing short of insulting. Then again, your quote of the nanosecond sums it up pretty well. I'm not sure which is worse, this degrading of the blind or the totally nonsensical and pointless rant that started this.
