Hi Rus: When you have logged into your gmail account, do the following: 1. go into your links list by pressing insert-tab. 2. keep pressing the letter t until you get to the Trash link, then press Enter. 3. Now you have a table containing all the items in your Trash folder, where each row contains a link to open one of the messages. Notice that in the table, the first column of each entry contains a check box which is unchecked by default. You should check each of those boxes. 4. There is a delete buton on the page, you can find it by pressing the letter n and then pressing the letter b, until you hear the word delete. Press the spacebar on the Delete button and all of those items that you checked will be deleted. 5. Notice that only 50 messages are shown at a time so after you have deleted the 50 messages that were shown in the table, the next 50 messages will probably show up, then you will have to check them and delete, as shown above. Continue this process until the table disapears, indicating that there are no messages left in the junk folder. (note, you may have one message left in that folder because when there are fewer than 2 messages left in the Junk folder, the table disappears. that one message is really difficult to find. You will have to use the Window-eyes find command.) There may be a shorter way of doing it, but I am not aware of it. I hope my instructions were not too confusing. Kevin Huber
