Good day everyone I would like to suggest that we use meaningful subject lines. Many of us deal with a large volume of email each day. And when something new is released this volume goes up.
I delete messages that have generic subject lines such as "question", "help please", etc. Because of this someone might be waiting for an answer to a question to which I just might know the answer. Or I might miss something related to my environment which will add to traffic, since I might post a question to an issue that has already been resolved on the list.
