Olsegun and others: when I last raised this, I was advised that the process of disk duplication is random - in other words - it doesn't care whether customers have SMAs or not. Then factor in the postal system which is no longer truly the Pony Express as ponies can't swim.
I did take up the advice posted to the list yesterday of emailing my serial number to AI Squared, for generation of the full v9 executable as an individualised download. I do regard this as AI being helpful, but believe it could be advanced into an automatic web based download similar in approach to the upgrade file. V9 was released on 12 January, so presumably, the disk creation process began a day or two ahead of the release announcements. Best.
