Thanks Doug, but I do think you need to be less averse to developing a fully downloadable serial numbered base link.
Postal services are in decline. Out here, we lose our Saturday urban delivery system from later this year. It has even been suggested that some parts of the country will shift to a three days a week delivery within the next five years. The postal system worldwide is beyond even your considerable talents to influence. I'm happy with the email solution, but it requires users to know about it, and it requires human intervention which as more users know about the option, becomes inefficient. Clearly - it is a good service aspect of AI Square's customer relations, and as large electronic files are downloaded all of the time now, I think it can be significantly automated and all customers advised of the option. Respectful of the tradition of being cautious about making promises of the crystal ball variety, I am happy to leave this topic with the request that automation of a fully downloadable executable based on serial numbers is placed on the wish list for favourable consideration. As it happens: I am enjoying v9 and think it to be a significant step forward particularly with the handling of dynamic web pages. Best. (smile) Thanks for that clarification. As for this not being an acceptable 21st century solution, that's up for debate. I understand your frustration and if you sent me an email saying you would lose your job today if you didn't have your 9.0 CD, believe me, I'd make your 9.0 CD available immediately for download. I'm just not prepared to say we'll do this 100 percent of the time for 100 percent of our users.
