Doug: regardless of how you are interpreting my contribution to this discussion - the fact is that cd arrival is taking longer. The principle is the promise given to SMA holders, and clearly, even if the wait time is getting longer, that promise is being upheld.
You will notice that I am an advocate for the full release to be downloadable. Thus: as I have also said, I have taken up the offer of having my specific serial numbered full release file access emailed to me. I just think that this could evolve such that the full release could be downloaded using a similar method to that which applies to the upgrade file. The postal system is not a 21st century solution, given how much progress has been made with the distribution of electronic material. I hope that clarifies things for you.
