There is a one touch key to ajust the main volume and that is hold down the backspace and hit the f1 key to decrease the volume and the f4 to increase the volume. These are the function keys on the extreme left and the extreme right respectively. The one touch keys for the media volume are the space bar with the up or down arrows. I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but I also don't know what could be more one touch than that other than some memory settings for specific volume settings or something.
