Hi Paul, You do need to subscribe and be a member of a lending library of the National Library service for the blind and Physically Handicapped. How you subscribe to the service to receive newspapers in daisy format is to go to this web site. It is: wwwsionfbnewsline_org. If going to that site doesn't work, just type in the search field in your web browser for NFB Newsline and you'll find a link that will take you to that site when you hit enter on the link. On that page you will find all kinds of information about the Newsline, and there's a link for an online application that you can fill out.
