Hello. In addition, you can turn off the Braille Sense while things are
open and when you turn it back on, you will be back where you were. When
you do this, it's like the Braille Sense is in a suspended mode. Just
like a laptop, if you were to reset it, any open programs with unsaved
data are lost.
Many thanks.

Hi, Sherry!
I've had other notetakers as well and it took me a while to get used to saving
things before shutting down the BrailleSense Plus, too! So, at least at home,
if I have to stop what I'm doing for a little bit, I leave the unit on. Of
course, when I know I won't be back, I make sure it's off and the case is
closed. I'm probably phenatical about keeping equipment in their cases, but
they stay looking good always that way!
I love your tag, Sherry!
Hugs
