Hi, are you absolutely positive there are hard returns at the end of the previous line? Perhaps for some reasont here aren't and so your spaces are simply being taken up by the previous line? Just a thought. Have you tried it in another mode, txt or grade one or grade two just to see if the problem is always the same whatever format you're working in? Tessa
