Hi, Terri, If I write the omitted word in cell 1 and then press the space bar, the space will be on the wrong sign of the omitted word. If I go back to cell 1 and press the space bar, nothing on that line moves to the right.
Another lister said that when I hit the space bar on cell 1, that space will be written to the previous line. So perhaps the best thing to do is introduce a space on the previous line, go back to it and add the missing word. The only time my problem comes into play is when cell 32 of the previous line is full. That's the only reason I try to go to the first on the next line. I'm glad this only happens occasionally.
