Terri, good call on the elloquence. I am rather of the opinion that software speech in general lacks the over all quality of hardware, but I'm a particular elloquence detracter and was disappointed not to have any other option on the bsp. In Keysoft you get an option for keynote multimedia which is really novel because you can't get keynote for windows anymore. Of course, I chuck speech when braille is in use anyway, just find it terribly distracting.
The speech on the book sense is neospeech, and the bsp would rock my world if it did come with that software. I'd also love it if we could get acapella for bsp. Those voices are spectacular.
