Hi, The BSP may take longer to save documents but you do not have to deal with Keysoft. Also I like the secure case. I have gotten cat hair on the velcro but it comes off. Since I just put the Braille Sense on over my head and not on one shoulder it works fine for me. I personally like a durable case. Personally after having a BN Classic and a BS Classic I didn't really think there was a choice when upgrading. I went for the BSP and am really glad I did. It's really great. As far as the speech I guess I really do not mind Eloquence. Sometimes I just use the Braille anyway. I love the case for the BSP. Keep up the good work. As far as programming, I am happy with things the way they >every. I do not have a problem with changes that would allow people to do more as long as the ease of operation which we currently have isn't changed. I do not like complicated devices. Compared to a PC the BSP seems a lot faster to me. At least it's really straightforward and I do not have to think about it like I have when using a PC. Admittedly, I do not like a PC and am very comfortable with my BSP. Technical Support is also great when you call Gw Micro.
