Hi Mike, I recently upgraded my BSP-Q using the online method. The same thing happened to my email folders. The folders appeared but my system crashed when I tried to open them. And I don't think it has anything to do with the number or size of messages 'cause I didn't have close to what you had. I even tried to delete those folders and copy them back from the back-up I'd made before upgrading. Unfortunately, that didn't work whether I copied the whole folders or just the email messages. The only thing I found so far that works is to delete those folders and start over. Fortunately for me, I still have a copy of the messages I need on my hard drive so I guess I'll have to email them back to myself. I hope you can find a way to get your stuff back and/or you didn't lose anything important.
