System still crashes when one does this. As I say, I'll try letting the BSP regenerate the mailinfo.txt file to see if that fixes things.

You can't copy the messages from your backup using the BSP file manager-meaning selecting them all and then copying them from the folder on the backup drive and then pasting them into the appropriate folder in your flash disk email folder?

Hi Mike,

I recently upgraded my BSP-Q using the online method. The same thing happened to my email folders. The folders appeared but my system crashed when I tried to open them. And I don't think it has anything to do with the number or size of messages 'cause I didn't have close to what you had. I even tried to delete those folders and copy them back from the back-up I'd made before upgrading. Unfortunately, that didn't work whether I copied the whole folders or just the email messages. The only thing I found so far that works is to delete those folders and start over. Fortunately for me, I still have a copy of the messages I need on my hard drive so I guess I'll have to email them back to myself. I hope you can find a way to get your stuff back and/or you didn't lose anything important.

Nancy
