Mike, There is a dot txt file in with the Email folders. Delete that file. A new one will come into being and the crash should stop! I had the same problem!

However, the email program will not read messages from a folder of saved messages that the previous version of the email program read without difficulty. When I hit Space-F3 and arrow to the folder and hit ENTER, the BS Plus says it's opening the folder and the system crashes with the error sound. A warm reset gets me back in business. Did HIMS place some new limits on number or length of messages in folders? I like many of the new features in this firmware update but I hate it when things that worked previously go belly-up. There are 639 messages in the folder, some of which have attachments. T I A!
