Not onlyy did my email folders not work, and had to be recreated, thereby losing all my saved messages, which used to be the storage box, but now if a message doesn't open for some reason, even a short message, and I exit from the email program, then return, there is absolutely nothing in the inbox. All messages unread are completely gone and this has happened consistently. It was suggested I try reloading the firmware, but when I do, I'm given the message, dofirmware upgrade failed. I tried borth on and offline messages. I cannot afford to keep losing messages and it's becoming frustrating. I'm needing to use this unit only when going away anywhere and I do get important messages. Could someone please help. I tried using the method with the arrow key and reset button, the one where all the controls are for media player and even remembered which key to use. I went back to the default settings, reset my custom settings and still have the same problem. I have not received a fix for this issue. If I save everything on the server, then I'll continually get messages repeatedly and this would get too old.
the corruption of the inbox is not fun and even if I delete it, it doesn't delete! Anyy help would be appreciated. I am having problems with nothing else and like the upgrade, but the email client has serious problems. I need help and quickly because I'm going away soon and need my bsp.
