Oh!  You're talking about the Stuart Press Books.  Paul Meekins Books in the
UK carries them all:

They're not bad.  They use a lot of wills and probate inventories as
sources.  But they often don't give enough information to be really helpful
in constructing garments from the time period.  I've found their evidence to
be very historically accurate, but some of their patterns to be very
theatrical.

A great source for information -- not a great source for period construction
techniques.  They're nothing close to the level of Arnold, or even the Tudor
Tailor.
