Personally I think Habari should be targetting anyone and everyone

1) Elite/VIP - Scoble, Mullenweg, Riley, Obama, me.
2) Experts - people who hack themes and plugins and can judge
submissions
3) Self-appointed experts - people who think they can hack themes and
plugins
4) Experienced bloggers (serial users and experimenters of different
technologies but interest in hacking)
5) Hosted bloggers (wordpress.com, blogger) contemplating a move to a
hosted blog for more flexibility/power.
6) Novice bloggers - people who don't know they are bloggers
(Tumblers, Posterous' users)
7) Newcomers who say 'Blogging's just a Dear Diary and it's not for
me' and then find that it is.
