see, non-vietnamese languages don't bother Vietnamese
and it looks like vietnamese language does bother some non-vietnamese
speaker/writer

But we do speak 1 common language: that's Linux & FOSS, that's why
this mailing list has been existing.

There's no reason to split up this community by creating too many
diff. mailing list just because of minority wants so.
