I'll try to make it simpler: 1.0 RC for me means "we have nothing more to add to this release, test and find bugs" 1.0 beta4 means "not finished, test and find bugs" MT will take it's time to come, but if we think we could add it in weeks or months, I'll wait to name this release 1.0 RC.
