As I guess you have surmised from the ftp site, there does not seem to have been a whole NDF made as a patch, but I believe Cameron had mentioned in the past that there would be one at some point.
I think the NDF is in the FOIA release for Cache and should be fully patched, so perhaps Cameron can comment if you have a new clean installation if you can export the NDF. Actually, I don't think the mappings to the drug file would change, so I think exporting a NDF from a FOIA would work. Does anybody know ?
