That patch has only copyrighted material from First Data Bank for the
Patient Medication Instruction Sheet and Warning Label information.  It must
be redacted from the VistA FOIA release.  There should be no other
dependencies on that patch (and future ones like it).

When I try to install patch 98, I read this file:

PSN-4_SEQ-93_PAT-98.TXT

It specifies that I should load

NDF4P98.KID

But this file is not on the FTP server.  The largest similar file is:

NDF4P97.KID

The date in the .txt file gives Compliance Date: JUL 16, 2005, so
perhaps the FTP server just needs to be caught up.

What should I do?
