Hi, Thank you, I manage to receive HL PING (however I didn't manage to answer it), thanks to this and previous helpful advises.
However that is only one-way communication; I didn't manage to ACK any other the HL7 messages that I prepared in HL7 messages queues files, and which for sure was processed (send by VistA - HLO). In fact I would like to avoid future problems with TCP/IP configuration, because I think that HL7 over files stored in plain text on FTP sever could serve better for my testing purposes. That is why, I would like to ask if someone had previous experience with setting HL7 communication over the FTP within VistA? Is such a HL7 communication channel available with HLO or HL 1.6?
