I tend to go with Gigabyte for Intel builds, but so far, I like the Asus
6-series boards better. They're UEFI (replaces BIOS) and the Pro and up
models use the long-integrated-but-rarely-used Intel NIC instead of some
piece of sh*t Realtek or Atheros. It actually costs more to use the built-in
NIC instead of a Realtek, but it's definitely a superior solution.
