Have not had to RMA one yet. All parts--even high quality ones--fail, but how the company handles the RMA is important. The good news is that if SeaSonic proper sucks at RMAs, there are a number of SeaSonic-OEM'd units from other companies that may do a better job at it. Please do keep us updated as to how the process works out.
