in that particular case right side up ( fan on the bottom) no inlet
for the airflow. That said the PCB is on the bottom when upside down.
I think I will investigate some more. I got time 8-)

No harm, no foul if the reason is because of air in-flow. I accept
there is a new paradigm with bottom mounted psus. Great idea!
