Usually rated for higher Mhz yes, higher the Mhz the tighter the twists afaik.

It has more twists, and yes.

Meh couplers kinda suck, run a complete cable if you can. 300 Meters is max
length, you will see issues around that distance
depending on the signal str and quality of the cable.
