Picked up a couple of WD Black 2tb drives a couple of months back,
recently installed and running but make funny noises.
Normal for these big drives or should I make sure I have replacements
in stock ? even though prices have almost doubled since I bought
these. I basically took a system drive and a data drive (and their
backup drives) and moved them to separate partitions on the new
drives. Noise bothers me. Short WD diagnostics say all is OK. Am
going to run the extended tests when I get a chance.
on a unrelated side after removing two drives off the PSU my video
problems seem to have gone away. Perhaps a power issue. PSU is a
Seasonic 650watt
