Unless the PSU is defective, or you're serving up two processors and/or two
high-end GPUs, it's unlikely to be a power issue (at least in terms of PSU
utilization).

I ran a massively overclocked 6-core i7 processor, factory-overclocked
GTX460, and 19 HDs off a 6yo Seasonic S12-600W until I replaced it recently
with a Seasonic Platinum 1000. The only time I could exceed its output was
when running the newest Linpack binaries (which is not representative of any
real-world load by a good margin) + Furmark (which, again, far exceeds
real-world GPU loads).
