Another thing I just realized. If we are going to push all the specialized
server-side implementation of Gets into the GetServer implementing Classes,
they must know the IDs (latest stamp) of all the StoreFiles in the current
Store. This is known on the server so not a big deal, but I've not mentioned
this before.
