I think that the idea is a the compareTo sits inside the Get interface and
different Gets implement their own methods.
But we didn't want to keep the compareto code on the client so that is why a
serverside object is created.
The idea of having a create stamp is just to be able to go to pass memCache and
storefiles faster incase of a timeRange query,
but that is an optimization.
