I need some preamble. I can't figure out how to read these docs. Someone
needs to hold my hand.
For example, whats this compareTo method? Is it on an object GetServer (i.e. a
Get on the server-side)?
Whats this mean 'RegionUniqueID = Creation Stamp'?
It looks like another rewrite of the Server?
