Erik has been doing good work on implementing these ideas in code. One thing
he realized today was that we decided partway through the design process to
handle DeleteSet inside of the Get rather than in the HRegion logic. That
further simplifies HRegion code and means the Get.compareTo function now
returns one of 4 values rather than 6 total.
